I know this quote is saying to keep going no matter what. Don't give up. But just one question. If you fall down today, isn't it better to get up today instead of waiting until tomorrow? Have parents been wrong all this time, telling their kids to get right back up and dust themselves off?
According to the quote above, parents should respond more like this:
"Oops, you fell. That's tough. I guess you'll have to wait until tomorrow to get up and play some more. I'll bring you some blankets. Can you maybe weed the grass while you're down there?"
Hmm... Maybe if you fell down yesterday, you should have at least tried to stand back up yesterday. No sense in waiting until today. Unless you have weeds in your lawn.
